Lumivane began after years of picking up jars in shops with ingredient lists that read like a chemistry puzzle. Too many everyday skincare products stretched a small amount of active oil with cheap fillers and vague blend names, and we wanted something we could actually stand behind when a customer asked what was inside.
We now work directly with small growers and cooperatives for our oils and butters, and every batch we mix is checked against a kept reference sample before it is approved for packing. Nothing leaves our workshop without someone from our team having opened, smelled and looked at it first.
We keep pricing straightforward, dispatch every order with tracking, and take responsibility for it ourselves rather than pointing customers toward a distributor. If something is not right, we would rather hear about it directly and put it right.
Ingredient Honesty
We list every ingredient we use, without hiding fillers behind a trademarked blend name. If it is in the jar, it is on the label.
Direct Sourcing
We buy from named growers and cooperatives rather than unnamed distributors. This keeps us close to where our oils and butters actually come from.
Careful Packaging
Every jar is wrapped and boxed to survive a real journey, not just a photograph. We would rather spend a little more on packaging than have a customer open a damaged jar.
