Lumivane Beauty Ltd. sells finished cosmetic and personal-care products, including but not limited to facial skincare, body care, haircare, colour cosmetics and fragrance items, formulated and labelled for retail sale under the applicable UK cosmetics framework. Each product page states what is included, the quantity and the form. Photographs are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly.

An order is placed once checkout is completed. We confirm it by email; the contract is formed when the goods are dispatched. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable or details cannot be verified, and any payment made is refunded in that case.

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs appear at checkout before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We may correct an evident pricing error before dispatch and offer you the choice to confirm or cancel.

Product photographs show the goods as we ship them. Screen colours depend on calibration, browser and ambient light; a minor difference in shade is not a defect and does not justify a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are listed on each product page.

The goods remain our responsibility until the courier delivers them to you, or to the person you named at the given address. From that point, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Any visible transport damage should be noted with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as set out on the Returns page. All cosmetic and personal-care products supplied by Lumivane are warranted under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described at the point of sale. Where a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, incorrect formulation or a compromised seal caused prior to delivery, Lumivane will offer a repair, replacement or refund within a reasonable period, independent of and in addition to the standard 30-day return window.

• Customized or personalized items, including bespoke shade-matched foundations, personalized skincare sets and engraved or monogrammed beauty accessories, cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun
• Perishable items or products with short shelf-life, including natural or organic skincare formulations with limited stability once opened, are excluded from cancellation after dispatch
• Cosmetic and skincare items where the tamper-evident hygiene seal, foil liner or shrink band has been broken or removed cannot be cancelled or returned, in line with statutory hygiene protections for personal-care goods
• Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, such as decanted, blended or repackaged cosmetic liquids, are excluded from cancellation
• Digital content such as downloadable skincare guides or beauty consultation materials that have been unsealed or accessed by the consumer cannot be cancelled once download has begun

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, Lumivane's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the total value paid by the customer for that order, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited, such as for death, personal injury or fraud. Nothing in these terms restricts liability that cannot lawfully be restricted.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Products should be used as directed on the label; they are not a substitute for medical advice.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Should a disagreement remain unresolved after direct discussion with us, it shall be referred to the competent court of our registered address, without prejudice to any consumer rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
