From placing your order with Lumivane to the parcel reaching your door, there are four clear steps.
Choose
Each product page sets out its contents, the quantity supplied and its place in a daily routine. Compare options, read customer reviews, then add your selection to the cart.
Order
Settle payment by cash on delivery or by bank transfer. A confirmation email with your order number follows immediately.
Dispatch
Orders received before the daily cut-off are packed and dispatched the same business day, handed to an insured courier with a tracking number attached.
Use and return
Follow the instructions printed on the label. Should you wish to return the item, this may be done within 30 days under the conditions set out on the Returns page.

Chamomile, green tea and calendula go into our formulas whole, not as a trace amount on a long ingredient list, so you feel the difference on your skin.
Cold-Pressed Oils, No Synthetic Binders
Our argan and jojoba oils are pressed without heat, keeping their natural texture instead of relying on synthetic thickeners to fake a rich feel.
Batch Checked Before Dispatch
Every batch is opened, checked and matched against our own reference sample before it is packed, so what you receive matches what we describe.
Direct Doorstep Dispatch
We pack and send orders ourselves, in protective packaging that keeps jars and bottles secure from our workshop to your door.
Common questions
How do I know which products suit my skin type?
Tell us your skin type when you get in touch or in the note field at checkout, and we will point you toward the formula that suits it best. We do not sell one product as a fix for every skin, because that is not honest.
When will my order be dispatched, and how is it delivered?
Orders placed before 13:30 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Exact delivery costs and timings for your area are listed on our delivery page, and every order is sent with tracking.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Get in touch with your order details and we will guide you through the process.
