   How do I know which products suit my skin type?

   Tell us your skin type when you get in touch or in the note field at checkout, and we will point you toward the formula that suits it best. We do not sell one product as a fix for every skin, because that is not honest.

   When will my order be dispatched, and how is it delivered?

   Orders placed before 13:30 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Exact delivery costs and timings for your area are listed on our delivery page, and every order is sent with tracking.

   What is your return policy?

   You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Get in touch with your order details and we will guide you through the process.

   How do you make sure your ingredients are genuine?

   We buy our oils, butters and extracts directly from named suppliers and list every ingredient on the label. Each batch is opened and checked against our own reference sample before it is approved for dispatch.
